Media never leaves your premises
On-Site Data Destruction in India
We bring Proton degaussers and crushers to your site, sanitise and physically destroy your media in your presence, and hand back a signed destruction register. Available across India.
We mobilise
Machine, engineer, register templates, sanitiser labels and containers. Travel and mobilisation are quoted with the job.
We reconcile your list
Your asset list is walked against the media in front of you. Discrepancies are noted at the start, not discovered at the end.
We destroy on site
Degauss with per-cycle verification, then crush. Flash and optical media are shredded. Nothing leaves as intact media.
You sign the register
One row per asset with the verification value, signed by our operator and your custodian as the run proceeds.
We remove the scrap
Destroyed scrap is removed in sealed containers and handed to an authorised e-waste recycler, with documentation provided to you.
You receive the pack
Destruction register, volume reconciliation with exceptions, machine verification certificate, recycler documentation and a signed certificate.
Why on-site is often the right answer
- Media does not travel. For banks, government departments and defence organisations, the media never leaving the secure perimeter is worth the mobilisation cost on its own.
- Evidence is stronger. A witnessed, in-room run signed as it happens is far more persuasive to an auditor than a register produced elsewhere.
- Chain of custody stays intact. No transit, no handover risk, no gap.
- It closes findings fast. An audit finding that requires evidence by a date cannot wait for a procurement cycle.
- Discrepancies surface early. Walking your list against the actual media at the start is how you find the drive nobody told you about.
What to prepare before we arrive
- An asset list with tag or serial number and media type. If you do not have one, we will build it on the day.
- A named custodian from your side who can sign throughout the run.
- Access to the media and a controlled working area.
- A 230 V socket near the work area, and a bench or table for the crusher.
- Exclusion list — leased equipment to be returned intact, or media under legal hold.
- Confirmation that the retention period has expired for everything in scope.
